Eligibility:
Our raffle draws are open to all individuals except employees of SITC, their immediate families, or any third party directly associated with the Raffle Draw.
Small Businesses & stores are not allowed to participate in the raffle draws and will be disqualified immediately.
Previous winners and their immediate families cannot win the prize simultaneously; once proven, the prize will be forfeited and SITC will select another winner.
The prize winner must be residing in Saudi Arabia and has a valid passport for 6 months minimum.
SITC reserves the right to disqualify any person who it has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to interfere with the fair and proper conduct of this Raffle. SITC reserves all legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offence.
The Draw:
The winner & the substitute will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process.
The winner shall receive the prize within a period not exceeding (7) days from the date of the winner announcement.
General Conditions:
The Travel Voucher is valid for 1 month after the winner claims the prize and must be redeemed before the Expiry Date.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Changes or Cancellation may incur charges from Airlines, Hotels, or other Suppliers. The customer is responsible to pay any such charges and the travel voucher cannot be applied to any additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original booking requested by the customer.
The prize winner must consent that SITC can share their username & full name in the winner announcement on social media or to take and publish photographs of the winner.
Limitation of Liability:
SITC is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) any theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference.
SITC shall not be responsible or liable whatsoever should the winner under any circumstance miss their flight, and the winner shall release SITC, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and volunteers from any responsibility or liability regarding whether the winner has missed their flight.
This raffle shall be in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
